Job Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance on RVs, trailers, and other vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Provide roadside assistance for tire changes, fuel delivery, jump-starts, and minor repairs.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor while on the job.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanic experience (RV experience is a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in various locations.
• Reliable transportation to meet the mobile service unit.
• Basic toolset (specialty tools provided as needed).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full-Time Mechanic to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RV systems and general vehicle repairs, a commitment to excellent service, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in RVs and motorhomes.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, and system inspections.
Respond to roadside assistance calls and provide on-site repairs.
Utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle issues and determine repair solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers about repairs and costs.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mechanic (RV repair experience is a plus).
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in RVs.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
